What we sell
Digital wellness guides and personalized wellness guides written by Anne Arabov. Everything is delivered by email and download. Nothing physical ships.
What a guide is
You fill out an intake form, Anne reads your answers, and she writes you a personalized wellness guide within 48 hours. It is educational herbal guidance drawn from Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is not a prescription, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for care from your own healthcare provider.
Your responsibility
Answer the intake honestly, including any medications, pregnancy, or nursing. Herbs interact with medication. Check with your healthcare provider before starting anything new.

Guides are for your personal use. Please do not resell, republish, or distribute them.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify.
Conscious Mommy provides wellness education and traditional herbal information. Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing here diagnoses, treats, or claims to cure any condition. Anne Arabov is a Board Certified Acupuncture Physician with a Master's in Traditional Chinese Medicine, licensed in Florida (AP# 4099). Always talk with your own healthcare provider before starting anything new, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
