This policy explains what Conscious Mommy collects when you visit the site, download a guide, or buy a guide, and what happens with it.
What we collect
Your name and email when you request the free guide or place an order. Your billing details when you buy, handled by Shopify and its payment processors, not stored by us. What you write in the intake form. Basic site analytics from Shopify, such as pages visited and device type.
Why we collect it
To send you the guide you asked for, to write and deliver your guide, to answer your emails, and to send occasional updates if you opted in. Your intake answers are read by Anne and used only to write your guide.
Who sees it
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the services that make the store run: Shopify for the store and checkout, Shopify Email for messages you opted into, and payment processors for the transaction itself.
Your choices
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to send you a copy of your information or delete it by emailing annearabov@gmail.com.
Health information
What you share in the intake form is personal. It is kept private and used only to write your guide. It is not a medical record and is not shared with insurers or third parties.
Conscious Mommy provides wellness education and traditional herbal information. Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing here diagnoses, treats, or claims to cure any condition. Anne Arabov is a Board Certified Acupuncture Physician with a Master's in Traditional Chinese Medicine, licensed in Florida (AP# 4099). Always talk with your own healthcare provider before starting anything new, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
