Digital downloads

Because guides are delivered instantly as files, downloads are final and not refundable once the file has been sent.

Personalized guides

A guide is written by hand for you. Once Anne has started writing it, the work cannot be returned, so guides are not refundable after delivery. If you change your mind before you submit your intake form, email annearabov@gmail.com and we will refund you in full.

If something goes wrong

If a file will not open, a link is broken, or you did not receive what you paid for, email annearabov@gmail.com and we will fix it or refund you. That is the standard, not the exception.

Timing

Guides are delivered within 48 hours of a completed intake form. If yours is late, write to us.

Nothing ships

Every product is digital. There is no shipping, no tracking, and no returns by mail.

Conscious Mommy provides wellness education and traditional herbal information. Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing here diagnoses, treats, or claims to cure any condition. Anne Arabov is a Board Certified Acupuncture Physician with a Master's in Traditional Chinese Medicine, licensed in Florida (AP# 4099). Always talk with your own healthcare provider before starting anything new, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
